Pranically True causes of obesity

In light of the past 3 years now of 'pranic' researching obesity we can now list the following.

In order of relative importance THESE are the true causes of obesity disabling your life force or chi from keeping an ideal muscle to fat ratio OR you close to your ideal weight:
DNA ~30% -Depression, hormones eg;Thyroid, Serotonin, rad'n ill-effects, ancestral diet
Radiation ~25%
Metabolism~ 20% -2/3 of this is low activity, denatured gut cells, EFAs. 1/3 -Rad'n, DNA, starvation diets
Fibrosis ~17% -Rad'n, disease, inflam, trauma, shock, drugs
Excess Calories ~7% -Simply over-eating.
Karma ~1%

Which of these areas does YOUR obesity fall into?

Fatty Heart, Fatty Liver, Fatty Kidneys, Fibrosis, Aging & Prana suppression

As of Feb 2009 after 2 years of close observation of our customers with fatty visceral organs, we have made powerful links between the ill-effects of Aging and Fibrosis. Indeed our research suggests at least 2/3 of the ill-effects of Aging IS Fibrin laydown.  Therefore Fatty organs, aging & Fibrosis go together as caused via chronic cellular inflammations from stress, toxins, poor life style choices and Cosmic raysfrom the sun. Yes folks, Cosmic rays from the Sun as associated with sunspot activity. ( I'll elucidate this more anon)
Why does Fibrosis block the life force or Prana?
Because remember, Fibrosis is another word for 'scarring'. And scarring physically creates a barrier around the cell & cell wall hence creating a physical block of both blood nutrients AND Oxygen supplying these same very cells.
Therefore the physical barrier of fibrosis slowly starves the cells beneath it with both oxygen AND nutrient deficit, cell death is inevitable AND hence Prana suppression ensues to become Prana destruction at death.

Fatty degeneration & life force weakness

Fatty degeneration or adipose degeneration is the process describing the abnormal retention of fats within a cell & reflects impairment of the normal processes of production and elimination of fats.

Excess lipids(fats) accumulates in cell that displace the normal cell contents.  When the displaced vesicles are large enough to distort the cell nucleus the condition is known as macrovesicular steatosis, otherwise the condition is known as microvesicular steatosis.

Whilst not particularly detrimental to the cell in mild cases, large accumulations can disrupt cell constituents, and in severe cases the cell may even burst.

Common risk factors associated with fatty degeneration are varied, and include diabetes,  protein malnutrition, hypertension,  cell toxins, obesity and low oxygenation. As the liver is the primary organ of Fatty metabolism it is most often associated with steatosis, however it may occur in any organ, commonly the kidneys, heart, and muscles.

As we have stated MANY times in this blog site before: As we age the integrity of our Prana or life force diminishes the capacity of your cells to keep a healthy fat to muscle ratio. Therefore a diminjshing Prana or life force 'perverts' normal cell function.

Fatty heart disease & Diabetes (other Prana weakness diseases)

ScienceDaily (Sep. 2007) — A simple imaging technique developed by UT Southwestern Medical Center researchers has revealed fat buildup in the hearts of pre-diabetic people long before symptoms of heart disease or diabetes appear.

The technique detects fat accumulation in cells of the beating heart in a way no other clinical method can, the researchers said, and may provide a way to screen patients for early signs of heart disease in diabetes.

"Hearts beat; people breathe; and magnetic resonance imaging is very sensitive to motion, so we had to find a way to electronically 'freeze' the image of the heart," said Dr. Lidia Szczepaniak, assistant professor of internal medicine at UT Southwestern and senior author of a study.

Dr. Szczepaniak developed a technique that captures the signal from a beating heart as a person lies in an ordinary magnet used for MRI scanning.

The researchers knew that fat builds up in the hearts of people with heart failure or non-insulin-dependent diabetes (type 2) from earlier studies involving patients undergoing heart transplants, but they didn't know if this fatty buildup occurred before or after the diabetic conditions developed.

"There is currently no way to clinically evaluate the fatty heart," Dr. Szczepaniak said. "Using this technique, which analyzes magnetic signals, we might be able to determine if people are prone to heart disease very early before the disease progresses. This method might also allow us to measure the effectiveness of medical treatments targeted toward lowering fat in the heart."

In the new study, the UT Southwestern researchers used an ordinary MRI system, but added the newly developed computer software to convert the signals from a moving heart into a single image.

Their most important finding, Dr. Szczepaniak said, was that fat buildup in the heart develops before the onset of diabetes. They also found that the amount of fat in the heart of people with abnormal sugar metabolism was significantly higher than in those with normal blood sugar, whether obese or lean.

The amount of fat in the heart was unrelated to the amount of fat in the bloodstream or liver, indicating that measuring any of those factors could not predict accumulation of fat in the heart. Fat in the heart did correspond to the amount of fat in the stomach region, however.

The researchers based from a  population-based study of more than 6,000 patients in Dallas County

Detecting fat in heart cells is especially important because once a heart cell dies, it is not replaced by a new one, as happens in many other tissues, said Dr. Unger. "When you lose a heart cell, that's it — you can't get it back."

Some researchers believe that as a person becomes over-weight, fat accumulates in normal fat cells, but eventually fat cells can't store fat any more. Eventually the excess of fat kills other cells — a hypothesis supported by a recent study by Dr. Unger in mice.

"Dr. Szczepaniak is translating our rodent studies into humans, and that is a huge technological breakthrough,".

Insulin-resistance-Fatty-liver-&-Prana loss

Essentially there are 2 types of fat: Skeletal & Viseral.
Skeletal fat is that which is entirely visible from the outside. Whereas Visceral fat is that which gathers around our organs. You may have heard of Medical terms such as fatty liver, fatty kidney or Fatty heart. If not, please pay attention.

One of the markers of the ill-effects of aging is an increase of whats called visceral fat. By FAR, visceral fat is THE MOST dangerous of all fatty build up in the body.
Doctors deem this so, as well, because normally they see it in Drunkards when their liver is collapsing due to alcohol abuse. However there are other causes too. Some of which are longterm corticosteroid usage other liver diseases & TB.

However another recent phenomena has arisen of late to help explain this further; Being Metabolic syndrome, Insulin resistance, OR Syndrome X. Indeed this new syndrome can help explain the onset of much of Diabetes Type II as well. So Insulin resistance, which in effect is a prediabetic state, can explain Fatty liver too.

More on fatty livers soon.

White Powder Gold, Prana & You

Since 1996 White powder of gold, Orbitally rearranged elements (Ormes), ORMUS, Monatomic elements, M-state elements, High spin elements, re-arranged monoatomic gold, etc have variously been talked about & discussed.

This discussion was initiated by one David Hudson who toured many US states around this time trying to drum-up support for his manufacture of these exotic substances. Around this time he setup a manufacturing plant near his property in Arizona.

David Hudson even set up a tax free body for the distribution of his ‘philosophical substances’ called the ‘Science-of-the-spirit’ foundation.

Unfortunately thru chemical spills, problems with the EPA, safety authorities AND his heart-attacks, his plant was either moved or dismantled. I believe he lives till this day BUT has remained in-the-background ever since.

Then around the year 2001 one Laurence Gardner released a sequence of books on White powder Gold & his recounts of biblical stories in ancient Egypt where he alleges the Egyptians/Jews manufactured their own Manna, Shew-bread or ORMUS elements. Further, as Did Hudson, Gardner alleges the Egyptians actually ate this material to build their Spirit Body or Subtle body or Ka as is shown in relief on various ancient glyphs. David Hudson further alludes that the ancient Egyptians actually became Gods thru the ascension process initiated by their Priests-of-the-day literally feeding the Pharaoh’s this High-spin substance..

Of course, It has now almost passed into legend as to how Hudson mined Gold throughout the 80's & early 1990's, to act as a hedge-against-inflation & came upon what old miners called ‘Ghost Gold’.in pursuit of his Gold.

Hudson’s story became famous amongst the alternative science movement because he had the time, inclination AND some 5 million dollars to try & scientifically investigate this White gold powder to try and define it further. Moreover, His investigations led to a series of Patents being lodged globally to register the acronym of ORME’s.

David’s research led him into areas as diverse as Alchemy & Levitation thru to Metal-to-metal bonds, Theoretical Particle Physics, and Superconductivity. thru to Anti-gravity, Deformed nuclei & non-local Quantum physics.

In short His work uncovered a new type of matter, a transformed Platinum group of elements(including Rhodium & Iridium) taking the form of a ceramic type of powder to be found concentrated in nature. Hudson even further claimed he could turn Gold into this ormus powder & then turn the powder back into Gold

All that was around 1999 to 2000 and man/us/we have been struggling, ever since, to significantly enlarge upon Hudson’s findings…

The seven major chakra chart and the trinary consciousness of Man.

The seven major chakra system below is adapted from the Yoga tradition of Ancient India.

They credit a primordial sound called the sacred Om having given rise to these energy centers. Further, they relate astrological planets to each energy centre as well and describes these energy centers as ‘Chakras’ - sanskrit for wheel - along the spine.

Each chakra will be projected in the subtle body called the etheric body emerging at physical nerve plexuses with each chakra being located at & correlated to major glands systems at levels along the spine which when in balance will correspond to health.

By example, this seven major chakra system correlates with the seven colors of the rainbow with the colors:

  • Red relating to the Root chakra at the base of the spine; the 1st chakra. Relates to the will to live - Survival.
  • Orange relating to the sex center below the naval level; the 2nd chakra. Relates to sexual energy.
  • Green relating to the heart chakra at the mid thoracic pine; the 4th chakra. Relates to the capacity to give and receive love.
  • Blue relating to the Throat chakra at the mid cervical spine; the 5th chakra. Relates to Divine will & your creativity.

Indeed each color influence associated with the emotions such as red for anger, green for love, etc.

Beyond Spiritual Nutrition

Spiritual nutrition, Gabriel cousens and our Prana-paradigm diet.

Our relationship to food has been a complex one. Over the ages, Man has used diet to survive, to nurture and heal the young & ill back to health & even to oppress others thru starvation.

Dr. Cousens, on the other hand tells us food has a secret Spiritual nutrition side to it too through concepts such as understanding chakra color relationships to food colors. Cousens goes even further to promote the raw food, live food concepts in relationship to Spirit thru also introducing some food principles of Ayurveda to the Spiritual life too.

Thus we owe Dr. Cousens a great debt for broaching this nutrition concept to include the Spiritual properties of food. Indeed in this past decade others such as etherium gold have suggested deeper properties to food than simply their fat, protein, fat & micro-nutrient makeup.

Therefore we are humbled to introduce to you our Study of a Soul-based Prana rich diet & Spiritual nutrition

Accordingly all-food can be seen as a trinity of either being Life-force positive, life force negative OR life force neutral(for variety). NOTE: The inclusion of Life force positive & neutral foods also allows the user to experience a very diverse recipe selection for interest, variety and taste.

Over 26 years of full-time Naturopathic hands-on-research has led us to a MUCH, much greater & PROFOUND, yet simple approach to Diet & true Spiritual Nutrition.

Simply put, our research says: PRIMARILY the human body sees food as ‘That which sustains your life-force, chi or Prana. For a strong life force keeps the immune system strong & a strong immunity means you have a successful species. FULL-STOP.

HOWEVER, A MUCH DEEPER, MUCH MORE PROFOUND TRUTH NOW PRESENTS ITSELF TO US.
Some 19 cultures throughout recorded history have described this Life-force concept by at least 19 different names HOWEVER to place a semi-religious term on a largely cultural concept we strongly suggest that Prana, chi or Life force in truth is a manifestation of something called the Holy-Spirit or Holy-Ghost. Further, by choosing to eat life force positive foods YOU have made a conscious choice to honor God the creator & the gift-of-life the Holy spirit brings Indeed honoring the creator this way brings with it something we have seen in our patients called PERSONAL WISDOM.

Which means a prana-rich diet NOT ONLY leads to personal cell health benefits it ALSO leads to a growth in consciousness called Wisdom, Personal Wisdom.

So now when you choose one of our growing list of newly discovered Life force positive foods you are choosing to build your link to the holy spirit itself. And yes, you guessed it, many of Dr. Cousens live foods & raw foods are on our lists too.

Choosing Force-of-life-positive foods allows you to choose long term cellular health AND choose to honor the creator himself. Indeed, choosing foods this way then allows a much greater connection to God, & the gifts this brings, with-every-mouthful-you-eat.

Benefits of Cardio Interval Training

In a long-term study of the health of the people of in the United States, the U.S. Public Health Service documented the chances of developing heart disease among various groups in the population. Long before the any symptoms appeared, epidemiological research could identify high-risk groups. Among the highest risk factors are male sex, age over 35, cigarette smoking, high blood pressure, high levels of certain blood fats, and a family history of cardiovascular disorders.

Other researchers have added to this list another risk factor: the compulsive, hard-driving, highly anxious personality. The greater the number of severity, the greater the person’s overall risk. These threats to the heart can be divided into two main categories: those beyond individual control, such as age, sex, and heredity, and those that can be controlled, avoided, or even eliminated. Among those in the second category are what cardiologists call “the triple threat.” These are the high blood pressure, cigarette smoking, and high cholesterol levels in the blood.

If you smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, your risk of having a heart attack is twice that of a nonsmoker. If you smoke, have hypertension, and eat a diet high in fats without any exercise at all, your risk is five times greater than normal.

The Healthy Heart

If these risk factors endanger the heart’s health, what enhances its well-being and improves its odds of working long and well?

Obviously, quitting cigarettes and eating a low-fat diet will help. The next best thing you can do for your heart’s sake is to give it what it needs: regular exercise or a complete cardio interval training and drinking a healthy juice like Xango juice. The heart is a muscle, or, more accurately, a group or “package” of muscles, similar in many ways to the muscles of the arms and legs. And just as exercise strengthens and improves limb muscles, it enhances the health of the heart muscles as well.

Since World War II, several large-scale statistical studies have evaluated the relationship between physical activity and cardiovascular disease. One well-known survey compared 31,000 drivers and conductors of some bus companies. The more sedentary drivers had a significantly higher rate of heart disease than the conductors, who walked around the buses and climbed stairs to the upper level.

The why and how behind these statistics were bet explained by classic experiments with dogs whose coronary arteries were surgically narrowed to resemble those of humans with arteriosclerosis. Dogs who were exercised were had much better blood flow than those kept inactive. The exercise seemed to stimulate the development of new connections between the impaired and the nearly normal blood vessels, so exercised dogs had a better blood supply to all the muscle tissue of the heart. The human heart reacts in the same way to provide blood to the portion that was damaged by the heart attack.

To enable the damaged heart muscle to heal, the heart relies on new small blood vessels for what is called collateral circulation. These new branches on the arterial tress can develop long before a heart attack — and can prevent a heart attack if the new network takes on enough of the function of the narrowed vessels.

With all these facts, it is now boiled down to a single question: What should be done in order to prevent such dilemmas?

Some studies showed that moderate exercise several times a week is more effective in building up these auxiliary pathways than extremely vigorous exercise done twice often. The general rule is that exercise helps reduce the risk of harm to the heart. Some researches further attested the link between exercise and healthy heart based from the findings that the non-exercisers had a 49% greater risk of heart attack than the other people included in the study. The study attributed a third of that risk to sedentary lifestyle alone.

Hence, with employing the cardio interval training and taking Xango juice, you can absolutely expect positive results not only on areas that concerns your cardiovascular system but on the overall status of your health as well. This particular activity that is definitely good for the heart is a cycle of “repeated segments” that is of intense nature. In this process, there is an interchange periods of recuperation. It can both be comprehensive activity and moderate motion.

Consequently, the benefits of merely engaging into this kind of activity can bring you more results that you have ever expected. These are:

1. The threats of heart attack are lessened, if not eliminated
2. Enhanced heart task
3. Increase metabolism, increase the chance of burning calories, therefore, assist you in losing weight
4. Improves lung capacity
5. Helps lessen or eliminate the cases of stress

Indeed, cardio interval training is the modern way of creating a healthy, happy heart and body.

Social Anxiety Disorder - A Closer Look

Social anxiety disorder is a mental illness that impacts the lives of millions of people and those close to them. For example, a person with social anxiety disorder might have a problem eating in public or being in a crowded place.

The actual manifestation of social anxiety disorder tends to vary greatly from case to case. Some people facing social anxiety disorder might be afraid of speaking on the telephone, dating, driving a car or attending parties. In extreme cases of social anxiety disorder, the condition infiltrates all aspects of life.

A person with severe social anxiety disorder might fear going to school, trying to go to work or even going out of the house for a movie or going shopping. While all forms of social anxiety disorder hamper a person's ability to live life to the fullest, those who suffer from extreme cases often cordon themselves off from life almost entirely.

To stop the symptoms from happening and to prevent embarrassment, people with social anxiety disorder often do anything they can to keep themselves away from triggers. People who are close to those with social anxiety problems are generally advised to offer lots of support and exercise patience.

Social anxiety disorder is quite often very treatable. People with the condition can seek counseling, take medications and work to overcome their fears. As is the case with all anxiety disorders, however, this is a serious condition that isn't necessarily recovered from immediately and will require time and hard work on the part of the sufferer.
