Insulin-resistance-Fatty-liver-&-Prana loss

Essentially there are 2 types of fat: Skeletal & Viseral.
Skeletal fat is that which is entirely visible from the outside. Whereas Visceral fat is that which gathers around our organs. You may have heard of Medical terms such as fatty liver, fatty kidney or Fatty heart. If not, please pay attention.

One of the markers of the ill-effects of aging is an increase of whats called visceral fat. By FAR, visceral fat is THE MOST dangerous of all fatty build up in the body.
Doctors deem this so, as well, because normally they see it in Drunkards when their liver is collapsing due to alcohol abuse. However there are other causes too. Some of which are longterm corticosteroid usage other liver diseases & TB.

However another recent phenomena has arisen of late to help explain this further; Being Metabolic syndrome, Insulin resistance, OR Syndrome X. Indeed this new syndrome can help explain the onset of much of Diabetes Type II as well. So Insulin resistance, which in effect is a prediabetic state, can explain Fatty liver too.

More on fatty livers soon.
