Medication errors largely refer to Prescription errors & Medication side effects

Prescription errors (either dosage rates/dosage strengths OR prescriptions given to the wrong person) scan have extremely serious side effects such as liver/kidney damage, massive allergic(even Anaphylaxis) reactions, Shock and of course Death.
Your Doctor & Pharmacist are trained to try to keep the occurrence of these issues VERY low however mistakes DO occur.

Medication side effects are also legion.
From a powerful life threatening allergic reaction to simple Aspirin (called Anaphylaxis) to Liver/Renal failure from powerful Cancer/Rheumatic drugs such as Methotrexate to immune(prana) compromised damage thru Cortisone/Immune suppressant drugs, etc, etc…You get my drift.

What does this all mean? Well, if a drug can harm/supress/destroy your immune system it can do the VERY SAME to your Life force or Prana.
Moral of the story? -Only use medications judiciuosly chosen & carefully/frugally used.
