Our Natural weight loss guidelines

As a trained Naturopath of over 20 years and in reference to natural weight loss, we cannot depart too much from the guidlines such as treating other illnesses.
Yes, for those suffering stubborn weight issues, being obese or suffering obesity is actually a disease…We’ll discuss this more as time goes on too.

For indeed ANYONE can lose weight simply by ’sewing-their-mouth-shut’ OR starving oneself  for weightloss however we all know this is NOT an effective longterm weightloss strategy.

So our requirements as to a successful longterm natural weight loss result demand that not only does the person lose weight (fat &/or fluid hopefully)  BUT the person ABSOLUTELY MUST FEEL WELL, indeed VERY WELL would be a better scenario.
For without a sense of wellbeing whilst performing a weightloss regime, one cannot stick to it and results cannot be assured.

Naturally the only way of acheiving the wellness as well as natural weight loss ends is to build your life force OR vitality as well. For in truth it is the state of your Life force as to the level of your underlying vitality. Indeed we have found that this is the ONLY way acheive a successful wellness AND weight loss outcome for it is youtr life force which drives immunity, energy AS WELL AS how and wher your body stores/breaksdown FAT & Muscle.
